Data Privacy Matters

Vork collects and uses anonymized data to help you reduce burnout. Read below to find out how your data is collected and used.

Vork's Data Usage

In order to protect users, we take strict precautions to anonymize all data before calculating any metrics.

  • Daily check in

    Daily Check-In

Every day Vork asks you how you're feeling and why you're feeling that way (takes < 30 seconds on average). This data is fed to our algorithm to help predict your overall mental capacity for the day.

For Teams: Daily Check-In data is never directly shared with managers, and is aggregated (with team members) and scrubbed before presenting related metrics to managers.

  • Calendar Data

Vork analyzes your calendar (meetings, tasks, etc) for the day to help our algorithm predict your overall mental capacity. Your calendar data is never stored.

For Teams: No calendar information is directly shared with your manager.

Mental capacity is never directly shared with managers and is aggregated (with team members) and scrubbed before presenting related metrics to managers.

    Personal Preferences

Vork allows you to set preferences for how you like to work. Those preferences are factored into our algorithm to predict overall mental capacity.

For Teams: None of your working preferences are shared with your manager.

    Habits

Vork's AI learns your habits and uses that data within the algorithm to predict overall mental capacity.

For Teams: Your habits are shared with no one and are purely used in our algorithm.
